1. Mold Manufacturing
We have our own in-house mold manufacturing facility, allowing us to produce custom molds and maintain strict confidentiality for our clients’ designs.Also to ensure quality and reduce costs for our clients.
2. Raw Material Preparation
We select and mix raw materials carefully & strictly, including acrylic resin, aluminum hydroxide, and pigments, to achieve the desired colors and textures.
3. Mixing and Casting
The mixed raw materials are poured into the prepared molds and left to cure, forming the solid surface material.
4. Baking and Curing
After demolding, the solid surface material is placed in a special oven to ensure complete curing, which helps the product maintain its shape and prevents deformation during use.
5. Trimming
The rough edges are trimmed and sanded to remove any excess material, to meet the high aesthetic requirements.
6. Sanding & Polishing
KKR® solid surface products undergo 10 meticulous polishing steps to achieve a high-gloss finish, bringingin a flawless and reflective surface that enhances durability and beauty.
7. Quality Inspection
Each washbasin undergoes a rigorous quality control process, including visual inspection, dimensional measurements, and various tests, to ensure that it meets our high standards and the client’s requirements.
8. Packaging
Our commitment to product safety extends to our packaging and shipping process. We have our own dedicated workshop and skilled workers who create reliable and secure packaging materials specifically for our KKR products.
